1. The agreement

By creating a Goclinicbox account, your clinic ("you") agrees to these terms. Goclinicbox is a subscription software service for managing clinic operations — appointments, OPD, patient records, pharmacy, billing, staff and your clinic's public booking page and website.

2. Your account & responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping staff logins confidential, ensuring the accuracy of data you enter, and using Goclinicbox in compliance with applicable healthcare, telemedicine and data-protection laws. Goclinicbox is a record-keeping and workflow tool — it does not provide medical advice, and clinical decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

3. Subscription & payment

Plans are billed per clinic, monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice — changes never apply mid-term to an active subscription. Taxes are added as applicable. SMS/WhatsApp bundles reset each cycle; unused messages don't carry over.

4. Free trial

New clinics get a 7-day free trial with full access, no payment details required. At the end of the trial your data is preserved so you can subscribe and continue where you left off.

5. Your data

All clinic and patient data you store in Goclinicbox remains yours. You can export it at any time in standard formats. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy and Security overview.

6. Booking pages, websites & domains

Your public booking page and clinic website are provided under your subscription. You are responsible for the content you publish (clinic details, doctor credentials, prices) and for having rights to any material you upload. Custom domains remain registered to you; we only serve your site on them.

7. Availability & support

We aim for high availability, with scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Offline mode keeps the token queue and billing working during internet outages at your clinic.

8. Acceptable use

You may not resell the service, attempt to breach its security, upload unlawful content, or use messaging bundles to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that put other clinics' data at risk, after notice where practical.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. After closure, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Goclinicbox's total liability is limited to the fees paid by your clinic in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for clinical outcomes.
